Fail to Enter Citadel

Every time I try to enter the citadel I get a blackscreen that stays until the game times out. I have to close the game client and open it again to get into the citadel. This has been going on for months, is there a way to fix this?

This happens to me occasionally. Usually the 2nd try gets me in just fine.

The best way to get it fixed is to submit a Bug Report each time it happens.
