Hi PineappleTom,
I think I know what you are talking about, and yes there is a difference in actual clan xp, to the clan xp on the clan ranks high scores. This gets updated about every 6 to 12 weeks normally.
You can clearly see the difference on my google sheets that I share with everyone.
One sheet is called "Official v Actual rank clan xp" which clearly demonstrates the difference, and the graphs clearly show this too. Or the clan tracker google sheets also show the same difference.
I'm not totally sure why this happens, but may be members leaving, being kicked or banned from the game don't all register the same on both systems. Others that get their xp rolled back might also play a part in the error. But it happens with all clans, so it does seem to be a problem with the clan high scores.

Or click on my link in the bottom signature, if you want to see the actual rank of your clan at the moment. All my sheets are demo sheets, so you would need to make a copy to use or change any of them. Hope this helps your question.
