Citadel upgrade question Thread is locked

My clan has a tier 6 citadel. We want to upgrade to tier 7. We are not sure if we need 30 members per week as stated in the citadel handbook (Because I think that changed) and so I got sent here to ask the community as a whole. So... How many members per week do we need to work up to a tier 7 citadel? I thought it was 30 one week and then at least five on following weeks. I could be dead wrong.
