Can't take Avatar out of cit.

This has been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks now. I can summon the avatar inside of the cit, but when leaving the avatar won't appear. When going back into cit, the avatar is gone and doesn't reappear until the 6 hour reset or the recall stone is used.

I have tried the following:

Use "call follower" - summons my previous skill pet instead of avatar.
Demoting/Repremoting me to ensure its not a glitch - no change.
Checked to ensure no other avatars were out - no change
Let 6 hour reset send the avatar back and tried again - no change
Tried different avatars - no change
Completely restarted the game - no change.
Used java version of game instead of nxt - no change
Walked to exit portal instead of using the teleport - no change.

Other admin's/avatar wardens in clan aren't having the issue. I have tried every solution I have found on google, and the forums for similar issues, and none have helped. In my clan I am the only one having this issue.

Avatars are known to be very buggy, so this is a common issue for many clans. However, its cause is difficult to pinpoint, so a solution isn't easy to find to fix it. Regardless, you should definitely submit a Bug Report in game about this.

Aside from what you've already tried, the only things I could think of are to try to enter different worlds, swap between the Priffdinas and Falador Citadel Portals (try entering through different ones), use the left-click "Exit Citadel" option rather than right-click quick exit, or (I doubt this would have an effect, but worth a try I guess) try updating the custom appearance of your clan's Avatars to see if one of the visual effects is carrying the bug.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but thankfully, issues like this will no longer be possible once the Avatar Rework makes its way into the game.

Also, I'd just like to correct something that you said in your post. The automatic recall time for Avatars is 23 hours, not 6 hours. This was updated some time ago to match the updated length of game sessions.

EDIT: I forgot to include this question. Have you ever been able to summon/use an Avatar without this being an issue? Or, is this something that had just started 2 weeks ago? ~ Sicariu

I was only promoted up to admin/avatar warden about two weeks ago. I apologize, I guess I didn't wait the full time for it to reset and someone must have reset. I will try your suggestions and update.

I have already tried the customization, I don't have prif access yet (maybe this is an excuse to get it),
