Clans like kn, dox, fow, wkon, wu, tuc, and kos needs re-evaluation on ladder, otherwise the 3 ranks rule becomes tedious and stallscape.

Can you finally remove the inactive clans to make it easier for the newer clans to approach instead of having to wait several weeks of people declining wars to get to the top

almost tempted to ask what people think about swapping ranks if you lose a challenge instead of going down 1. leap frogging causing lost ranks is annoying.
Going down one rank when losing is fine and makes sense. Swapping ranks when declining, maybe.

Tbh there's only one team that may not be interested in being in the ladder - I'll see if I can pm them later to check.
Honestly not too fussed about inactive clans atm. There haven't been that many declinations and those that did occur have been due to:
1 - Personal issues with the other clan
2 - Very large difference in strength between the clans

Expect the latter to be common atm because a bunch of strong clans have recently joined the ladder. A couple of clans haven't warred in a while though so I'll see if they're due a drop in rank. -
