DR Declare on SAPK #5 WBS GG. DR takes rank 5 Wbs ladder due to SAPK forfeiting.
Sixthage is currently on a 1-week immunity, so they don't get any penalties from declining, this would be the case tho after a declined declaration post immunity, so after upcomming Saturday.

This. I appreciate how thirsty DR is for a war, seeing how they haven't gotten one yet, but you can wait another week!! Didn't I tell you to shoo already Carbon? I asked you repeatedly in the declaration thread and both you and norm gave vague answers and didn't clarify. You know after wf vs lc war we challenged wf and they straight declined and gave us free #1 in unres gg ladder.

Next time just be more clear, specially when other team asks you nicely more than once.
