LC v TB dispute resolution:

The facts were confirmed to be as follows:

1 - LC won round 1
2 - Stargaze participated in round 1, despite having been given a ban for this match
3 - Round 2 started after ~15mins
4 - LC won round 2
5 - A member of LC used a restricted item (sagaies) in round 2

To start off, punishments given to clans and teams are to be followed and it is the responsibility of the team to ensure that is done. Cases where they are ignored need to be dealt with severely. Thus:

- Team Banter forfeits the match
- Stargaze (JayJay XD) has his time-out extended by a further 2 matches

However, this verdict was not set at the time of the war, so LC was wrong in looking to finish after a single round. Furthermore, this means round 2 counts are an official round of the war. Since restricted equipment was used by a member of LC, they forfeit that round.

So the final result of the war is (1-1), with TB forfeiting due to their initial, serious rulebreak.

Regarding the application of Divine Resilience, the almost-unanimous vote of the Discursive Council was to put it on hold until the majority of the Council members are convinced that the improvements being displayed by DR are not short-term.

Dr as a clan is interested in joining awl, sure there are some rough interactions between some of us and rival clan members, but you can't put a whole clan on hold cuz of that. It is like as if you banned lc cuz a handful of ppl flamed and caused distress.

From the way I understood it in the council chat, DR's application is declined indefinitely, until there is a noticeable and long term improvement in their behavior- then there will be a reconsideration, assuming at that time DR still wishes to join.

In addition, there's much more concern and reasoning than just trolling and flaming that influenced the decision.

Finally, most of the council feels that if you hold to your word and stay out of trouble and prove that you are indeed committed to cleaning up your behavior and general clan attitude, that there will be no issue re-admitting you to the awl at that time.

Under your conditions to be a part of AWL, which I have highlighted in red, L(C) should also be banned from the AWL. It's not fair to say 'We're saints that do nothing wrong and you all have to kiss up to us to join the ladder' when you all do the exact same thing.

So no, this has cleared nothing up.

We will not be re-applying, and we're willing to fix things if you guys are.

I've attempted to contact you three times over the past 2 days in runescape PM. Feel free to tell us the "much more concern and reasoning" or else there is no reason L(C) should be in the ladder and DR shouldn't. Yakamatack!
