My address, to the leaders, the representatives, and citizens of this coalition, (to my friends)
Here, in this community:- the leaders, representatives, and their respective nations stand as equals before one another, as a collective in mutual and cooperative collaboration through processes of democracy and community involvement.
We:— are the surviving and enduring remnants of an era of nations once affluent and great; an era of nations that has long since succumbed to the influences of political dégagé and cultural self-indifference
(lack of dedication and interest)
, creating for themselves a realm subject to tendentious delusion and spoil
(of a concept: ''pouring water into red wine'', thus deluding it)
. Let us not lead ourselves astray upon a path of eventual ruin and decay. We have the opportunity here, to revitalize, or rather, create for ourselves a new system; revising and improving upon that which our predecessors failed to appreciate, deceiving themselves against holding an honest opinion, and assuming truth without question. For us, this is the beginning of a new era, of growth and development; we stand united as one, zealously urging forth, independent of our predecessors and those of today who attempt to carry on their torch.
Let our general way and fervor be that of excellence, commitment, and integrity; meticulous in all that we do, with allegiance to one another, to our community, to it's future - to the very clan/nation from which we call our home.
(As the thread holder, let not my position be perceived as an indication of power or authority, but one of guidance. All sides of a round-shield are equal, let this be no different.)
