I've encountered an issue with two of my friends, not sure if it also has happened to my other clan mates. They can't use our resource stations in the citadel after just getting into it because it says they have recently left a clan. While they may have technically been in clans, they haven't actually played in forever, and one of them is even the owner of the clan, who despite the position, is unable to use the resource stations. I was hoping I could get a quick solution to his. Trying to recruit for a fresh clan, along with a friend, Jon Blaze. We plan on hosting a social clan to help us enjoy the game as we grind and quest, and just enjoy the clan in general. We want to enjoy the cool feature like the citadel, and more. Hi Dittoz,
If they have just left a clan , regardless of if they played up up until they left, they may need go through the citadel tick before they can gather resources. So it could be up to 7 days before they can help out.

Yeah if someone has recently left a clan and joined another - there's a typical wait time of 7 days before they can begin to cap at the new clan. Can be the same if it's just the case they've joined a new clan and they haven't played for a while, as we've experienced that with some new members of our clan. Clan: House of Seren
