I just changed clans - now I get this message in the Citadel - you need to wait 7 days start skilling -- Has this always been like that ???
when I had joined the previous clan 10 months ago - I never got this message - and was able to start skilling straight away in citadel !!!
whast the story ?

Hey CaptainSkul,

If you capped in your previous clans citadel before leaving you will have to wait to start doing so in your new clan. It has been this way for some time now.
