citadel doesnotenough charcoal

when I click on Furnace- to start shoveling - it says "your citadel does not have enough charcoal to make bars" - thats not even half the problem.

So because I never gathered the charcoal in citadel before - I went to see the - mining thing - the Only option in the mining thing is - mine stone -mine ore - mine precious ore - No charcoal.

I tried mining some ores - but this made No difference in the Furnace Restriction - How is the charcoal gathered then ???

its ok - I anwer my Own question again - No Blooooody tutorials anywhere about this - found out U need to Use the kiln 1st to make the Bloooody Charcol to add to furnace Automatically - thanks for Nothing Jagex.
