Unable to leave clan - Citadel

I'm the only player in my clan and the Owner, I've tried to disband by going to the scribe and doing it through the menu but it keeps telling me I have to do it inside my citadel. When I go into my citadel I click to disband it and then it tells me that the citadel will be deleted in 3 minutes, but after I leave I'm still stuck in the clan. I've tried multiple times but it doesn't seem to let me leave.

Please help

Are you in your clan chat channel when you try to do those things?

As Kera said, make sure that you're in your Clan Chat channel when attempting to disband your clan. Nearly all Clan Settings are disabled when you're not in the chat channel.

If you need help joining the channel, you'll need to navigate to this interface and click join.

I did try that, Kera tried to help me in-game but we couldn't get it to work so I submitted a bug report. I'm still stuck in my clan
