Does anyone know if the experience lamps for quests work for Necromancy? I tried looking around but I didn't see anything about it. I'm wondering if lamps from quests like One Small Favour can be used for Necromancy or if that's affected by the embargo

They will eventually. There is a 6 month moratorium on all forms of additional xp being applied to Necromancy. So after February they should work.
