Please remove "Meet the assassin voyage" requirement for spiritual enlightenment. I have no way to attract assassin to my port and so do the remaining miniquests. I am trying to upgrade bar but I have no black slate for build.
And if I have to comment that voyages.... I have never seen a such crap with percentual overall success chance when you are practically impossible to get to the new isle Hook in order to access this material in Black Marketeer.
Exactly such requirements ruin the game
