I am doing Druidic Ritual and I have provided all three items (vial of living water, leaf of wandering wyrmwood, and stone scales from the stone fish) to Sanfew.

I had provided the vial a long time ago (some 400 days) and I had just provided the rest of the two items.

On the quest overview, all three items are now grey instead of orange. I am also no longer able to obtain more of the three items

However, when I talk to Sanfew, he still refuses to make the potion. On the quest overview, the sentence "Sanfew has told me to collect three items and deliver them to him. These items are:" is still in orange.

Why am I unable to progress with the quest? What can I do for him to make the potion?

Thanks. It's fixed now – the vial of water was in my bank.
