undead dragonhide armour?

I have 9 pieces and would like to make a set. But no matter what I do, I am not able to make the pieces. I have thread, I have a needle and I have the undead dragonhides. Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? My second maxed char in Runescape. Played since 2001

You need to tan them into leathers first
