How do I reobtain Yommi Seeds (Legend's Quest)

I planted them all and it said placed incorrectly (tbf I thought it was part of the quest like it'd work third try.) I tried several talking with Gujuo but i cannot seem to get the seeds back.

Im at the step where i need to plant the seeds in the fertile soil. But without the seeds i cannot progress in the quest. Which let me stuck. Help please?

Is this a bug?
