so i was just wondering, can you remove skill capes from a max cape after you added it to said max cape? for the life if me i cant find any information saying if you can or cant and if you can how to Logic, who needs it...

Hi, the wiki states that capes are permanently consumed on being added.

The Cape of Accomplishment cannot be retrieved, which means that switching perks effectively costs 99,000 coins each time.
