I'll start off with a quick disclaimer, I am not the best pvm'er around and I consider myself to be average at best. My total wealth is roughly 8b so it's nothing out of this world.

1 - Do you only play mobile? If not I'd recommend keeping your PVM to pc as it's much easier and using your phone to get some skilling done or just something not as intense as bossing.

2 - Not the most important question as you honestly should invest time in all combat styles but I'd pick one you enjoy and really get to knowing ability prioritisation and a decent rotation. A great place to check out would be the PVME discord server, found here https://discord.gg/pvme . Personally I am a big fan of range, especially with the enchanted bolts such as Hydrix and Ruby Bakriminel. Make sure the names are followed by (e) if buying off GE or else they will not have the special effects.

3 - As I have never played mobile runescape there is nothing I can tell you about your HUD layout but assuming you're on pc, I would watch a video on keybinds, specifically the one by The RS Guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zn_y-_2giZg . In the video a MMO mouse is mentioned but that is completely optional and you can do plenty of PVM without it. It is merely a quality of life purchase. Regarding the actual layout you can just ask around on PVME or make something that you feel comfortable using. After all it is personal preference.

4 - Boss options, I am not too sure what you have unlocked but if you have access to God wars 2, I would recommend starting there. This area consists of 5 boss, Gregorovic, Twin Furies, Helwyr, Vindicta and Telos. Telos is to be avoided until further experience has been aquired as he is very difficult as he is riddled with mechanics and hard hitting basics. Personally I would start with either Vindicta or Twin Furies as they have simple mechanics and will occasionally drop nice uniques that sell for a respectable amount. A fantastic boss for learning... Out of characters.
I don't know how to properly format stuff on here.

A fantastic boss to learn rotations and mechanics, for range or mage would be Arch glacor also known as Ice telos. He's part of the elder godwars expansion.
This boss has a normal and hard mode. In the normal mode encounter you are able to pick which mechanics the boss will use during the fight and when defeated the loot will drop in the centre of the platform. During the hard mode encounter all 5 mechanics are activated and when defeated the loot will drop in a streak system which was first introduced via Telos.
The loot in general is pretty respectable and I highly recommend learning this boss and attempting streaks, as streaking allows for large volumes of loot to drop per kill compared to single kills.
Other great money making bosses are the Dagannoth kings, their combat specific rings have shot up in price due to the release of their upgraded counter parts when the rex matriarch was introduced to the game. The bosses are very straight forward to kill however they are susceptible to only a specific combat style so hybrid gear is recommended and learning how to bind action bars to specific weapons will make this very straight forward.
There is a new skilling boss which was also introduced with the elder godwars along with arch glacor called Croesus. I have only done this boss once as it requires more than one person to do, chances are that there is an FC and discord server for team forming. This boss has a generous loot table and requires almost nothing from the player.
The legio also exist but honestly speaking I have not done them much either so I can not comment on them as money maker however I do know the ascension crossbows are made via their drops and they go for roughly 200m.
Rex Matriarchs as mentioned before are part of creating the new BiS rings and have a chance to drop parts for a 2h spear called Laniakea's spear.

I most likely missed some other honourable mentions but I have mentioned the above because I know they work.
I don't know how to properly format stuff on here.

I'd never recommend Arch Glacor to start with, it's level 7000 which is absolutely ridiculous, that's like nine times as strong as Corporeal Beast. I'd say practice more at Godwars dungeon and King Black Dragon first before moving to harder bosses like Dagannoth Kings (there's three of them so they're like a level 900 boss in practice since you get piled). I think the Kalphite Queen should also be doable with your equipment, that's about as hard as the Godwars Dungeon bosses. Dagannoth Kings you really need hybrid gear (Dragon Rider armour is good and not too expensive) and keep good attention to which weapon you use against which foe, because you can only damage each of them with one style. I recommend praying against magic because the blue magic one hits hardest and trying to kill that one first. You can sometimes manage to trap the melee one behind the other ones so you can kill that one last, although sometimes he can move through the other ones, it's a bit random. If you can use Ice Barrage that can work to farcast the melee one so you can use Soul Split to heal a bit from him without taking too much damage. If you get enough damage you might be able to kill that one before the mage one respawns. Bob

Bossing on mobile is not really fun, especially not on a tiny phone screen where your fingers are like 10x bigger than the icons you try to tap... so you should only do bosses that are not too hard on full revolution mode.

Arch Glacor with no mechanics does work, though, as all you do is hit it with whatever style you want and occasionally move left or right to avoid the creeping ice.

Optionally, switch on the protect-from-magic prayer (from the prayer tab on the right of your screen); Archie no-mech doesn't hit very hard, so you can even do without prayers and just teleport to war's retreat whenever your health gets too low.

Also with no mechanics toggled on, Archie has only 65k HP and still pretty decent drops. If you can get your hands on the pontifex shadow ring (from quests), that further improves the drops.

As a next step, if staying on mobile only, you might try switching on the flurry mechanic - prayer switching does work on mobile when you don't need to be super fast (wouldn't recommend trying Jad on the phone, but Archie gives you more time to switch and also isn't too punishing when you're slow or don't get it right every time). Possibly the minions, too, if you want to toggle on a second mechanic. When you're up for a challenge, you could try the exposed core as well (but manually using abilities without keybinds is hard).
Wouldn't really recommend the frost cannon mechanic on the phone (which is, in my opinion, the easiest on PC where you can use keybinds for shield switch and resonance) and also not the ice pillars (dodging them on a tiny screen with big fingers is extremely hard).

if you want to do DKS (not very nice on mobile), you don't actually need hybrid gear - mixed gear will do just as fine. Like melee top, ranged chaps, mage helmet and whichever gloves/boots you happen to have. Rings, capes and amulets which have bonuses for all three styles. If you want, you can go pretty much mage only for most of the fight...

... if you don't mind waiting between kills for the melee king to respawn. To be on the safe side, bring 3 different weapons (one per style, and don't forget runes and ammo) or the style-switching sunspear (doesn't need ammo, but would need runes when used as a staff).

Important: NO AOE on your revolution bar, otherwise this method won't work!!!

When entering the arena, run or surge immediately to the opposite side far from the ladder. When you're lucky, the ranged and magic kings won't actually aggro you on the way. If they do, you only have to kill them once (bring some food to tank the hits of the others while you deal with one); when these two are dead, tag the melee king and move to the spot on the far-from-the-ladder area next to the rock. Switch your style to magic and never leave that spot. As long as you stand there, the mage and ranged king won't ever see you, and the melee king will walk around and you'll have to tag him as soon as he's close enough, then just kill this one and stay at your spot. Don't walk away from your spot even if that means waiting till he comes close enough to be hit with a spell. Some swimming dagannoths from the water beyond the edge might attack you, but they are normally killed with one or two hits and shouldn't pose much of a problem.

To pick up the drops without leaving your safe spot, you can also bring runes for telegrab.

---

provided you have the totem of intimidation on Anachronia to negate killcount, you could do some GWD1.

Kree'arra does work on mobile, at least when you use the door-standing trick and never move. You should stock up on prayer potions or use the penance aura to sustain protection prayers or soulsplit. Also you might want to avoid paying for an instance and just go uninstanced for the first few attempts until you get used to doing Kree on mobile. Yes, it takes ages for Kree to respawn when you're not using an instance, but worldhopping after every kill circumvents this issue.
