Hey guys, I am really stumped here. I am.level 59 soon 60 Necro and I cannot use my abilities, magic, or incantations. The spell to teleport doesn't even show up. My abilities tab has a big lock on it and my incantations ... I can't even find much less finding where to summon something.. I have done the first quests and working on vessel to Harbinger, but I have to have the ability to do the darn quest!!!

So annoyed. Can y'all please help me? Thanks

Incantations are on a separate tab from abilities in the Necromancy Powers screen

As per another thread I raised (unnecessarily, as it turns out), I have got exactly the same problem - I am Necro 34, at Tier 2, so I should have the CoU teleport at least
