Cant get my perfect cer. sword

I made a perfect ceremonial sword and told Lige the dwarf I wanted it, but it didn't show up in my inventory. I spoke to Egil and he doesn't have any new options or anything about reclaiming a sword.

Then I got a new ceremonial sword design and if I click on an anvil it says
"You're already owed a ceremonial sword. If you start a new one, you'll lose the old one. Speak to the dwarf at the entrance to obtain it." SO I talked to Egil again and went through all chat options again, including sword tutorial. the only new one was to have him rate my sword. So i did, and lost my sword design saying I had 0% on it (becasue I hadn't worked on the new sword design).

Now I have another sword design and it's saying the same thing everywhere, talking to Elof or Aksel or even Suak in the back doesn't lead to anything. When I initially made the sword and accepted it I was on mobile, but I've since tried talking to everyone on mobile and PC, several times, exhausting all chat options.

So...
1. Who is "the dwarf at the entrance"?
2. Where's my sword?
3. is this a bug?

Do you have it equipped? Is it in your bank? stranger things have happened with wayward items.

Thanks for the reply! No, it isn't anywhere in my bank or on my person. If it were I wouldn't think I would be told I have a sword owed to me.

I do remember I was worried that I might have missed the "yes" button and just clicked off of the chat and so it went away, but I should still be able to talk to the dwarf at the entrance.

Also that I saw the animation of being effected by a pulse core at the exact moment the chat went away.

I am experience the exact same issue. I found this thread and a 4 year old reddit thread with the issue.
This clearly some bug? And still not fixed?
This happened to me while I played on the phone, I hoped as well it was just something up with mobile version but now I'm on the PC and still no other options when I talk to all 4 dwarfs in the area.
