I have been playing PoP for a week or so and have been having fun with it. The issue that I am having is that I cannot buy any upgrades to my port buildings. I have done the tutorial and all. I also have the resources that are needed. I am able to purchase Icons and portal cosmetics but nothing for the actual buildings. Am I missing something here or am I not progressed enough to purchase them? I am currently on the Skull.
