How to go back to tutorial?

I have no tabs to open backpack, quests, skills or anything like that. I have my map in the top right with options for world map, home teleport and run but don’t have any other tabs. I started a new account and all these showed up after doing the tutorial but still not on my original account. How do I fix this please?

Btw I should also mention I’m playing on mobile.
