Anyone else find that Elena is missing in her house? I'm trying to start the Biohazard quest. Door is locked, or am I missing something?

As this quest is not a recent update, this thread has been moved to the RuneScape Guides and Help Forum for best results.

Your RuneMetrics page shows that you have not yet completed the Plague City quest, which is a requirement to start the Biohazard quest.
