I am being told that I have already unlocked this, so I cannot get another one, but it isn't in my bank, nor have I used it for anything. Can anyone help me figure out how to get this so I can combine it with the Chaos star? Thank you.

Did you try purchasing another one from the daemonheim rewards person either in Priffdinas or at Daemonheim?

I tried getting it from Daemonheim, but was told I had already claimed the reward. I cannot find the person in Prifddinas that I can talk to. I found the resource dungeons there, and know that the Meilyr clan deals with Dungeoneering, but don't know who I would talk to about rewards.
