I'm halfway through Secrets of the Inquisition Mystery and cannot proceed any further to get to the citizen remains. I've followed the wiki guide and gathered all pages up to 5, done the drawers and studied the scaffold but it won't let me pass it to get to the bottom. It's constantly saying "study" but say I've learned everything I need to know.

Studying the scaffolding unlocks some research that needs to be completed. Once that's done you can pass through the scaffolding to reach the citizen remains.
