First post, so I apologise if this is in the correct place.

I'm currently doing the Underground Pass quest and I'm at the part which requires you to kill the three Paladins. However, there is no 'attack' option, just a 'talk to' option.

I've done the quest before so I don't think I've missed anything... is this a glitch? Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you spoken to Sir Jerro first? It seems like you ought to speak to Sir Jerro first in order to receive some items that he will give you. As soon as he does just that, it should give you the ability to kill them to retrieve the paladin's badges that they possess and that you need to carry on.

I spoke to Sir Harry first, but still no luck. I have tried hopping worlds, exiting the Pass and re-entering. But nothing, the only option is 'Talk To...'. Is there any way I can reset?

in the quest "king's ransom" at the beginning of the trial and calling the witness does not let me do anything, can someone tell me what to do?

It appears that everyone posting here is looking for help with quests in OSRS, not RS3. If you are doing the quests in OSRS, you're best off posting in the Old School RuneScape General Forum
