Cant get Achievement for Cape

I cant get the achievement "Bloodstained Treasure" and I need that to get the cape. I searched the corpse during the quest and didn't get the achievement, searched it after the quest and still no achievement and I need this for the cape.

Can anyone help?

The body by the blood alter is 1 part of the achievement you didn't mention the other part ? But search the bookcases in the lab if you haven't done so otherwise I'm at a lost
