96 percent on Fully restoring

All the way at the end of the quest, the mummy says i have fully restored her, but its not crossed off in my quest guide,
last message in my chat box is 96 percent

only thing i could think of is i killed a shadow before i got to that point, The wiki says he doesnt respawn.
and that shadow just so happens to give 4 percent,
What do i do, Did i Bug myself out of this requiremeent for curse of aravv?

When you check your progress using either the pyramid journal or the scroll of the dead, what area shows as not completed?
