Stuck Mos Le Harmless

Currently can't access the jungle of mos le harmless rotm quest is in progress but not set as active yet anytime I go to enter the jungle the fireballs start.
Have tried speaking to Sir Tiffany to no avail. At a total loss as how to re-enter the jungle normally. Any help would be appreciatd.

You can't. It'll stay that way until you finish the fireball section.

(There is a warning about this when you start the section, but it only appears once.)
