Ayo, go ahead and delete your IP and all that - not needed.
Quite a few players have been reporting the Error Code 15 lately.
This is a technical issue between your browser and the Runescape website but, all the fixes have to be done at your end.
Work through these suggested fixes:
1. Sync the Date and Time of your computer. Right click on your clock in the taskbar and click on the Adjust Date and Time option.
Next, click on the Sync Now button and make sure the time zone is correct for your location
2. Reset your browser. The specific instructions depend upon what browser you use but you need to restore settings to their original defaults. (Google for instructions specific to your browser)
3. If you use a VPN, disable it and see if the Error Code 15 is resolved. If the VPN turns out to be the problem, uninstall it and install a new one.
4. This one involves temporarily disabling your firewall and third party antivirus. I don't recommend this as I am not sure it is a permanent fix anyway.
5. Not even going to mention this one because, if you have worked through the other points without solving the Error Code 15 and need fix #5 the chances are your computer problems are a lot more serious than a simple Error Code 15. A factory reset might be recommended at this stage.
I just want to say, I had the Error Code 15 myself and it resolved after about four hours without me doing any of the above.
