I've been studying "thieving achievements" on wiki and need some help in understanding discrepancies found there. I have not started the achievements as yet! I am lvl 99 (hmmm or more) in thieving skill.

Wiki states the following "safes" to crack for the achievements as follows:
10 in Asgarnia (Yes wiki lists 10)
10 in Kandarin (only 9 are listed)
5 in Kharidian desert (10 are listed)
5 in Misthalin (11 are listed)
20 "hidden ones" (11 are listed)

So how can I know when I've done all the achievements? Is there a log/booklet/something in the game to view these as I go? (May contact me in game if want.)

You're looking at the Runescore that is awarded for completing each achievement. That is not the number of safes you need to crack.
