Cannot unlock a music track

I've unlocked Thieves' Guild I,II,IV music tracks but somehow it's skipped the third track...... I don't know how to unlock as the wiki says to just enter the thieving guild after completing the quests and I've done every quest in the game soo... Any ideas?
