How to re enable highlighting?

At some stage I turned highlighting interactable objects off and now I can’t find the option to turn it back on? I’m struggling with clicking in the right places for the Anachronia agility course so I’d really appreciate if someone could tell me how to re enable highlighting usable objects around my character please?

Settings > Graphics > Custom > Mouse-over Entity Highlights
