Tap issue on rs3 mobile

I walk to a spot where I see an npc I also see a player standing in front of the npc I go to tap on the npc but instead short walk fallow the the player instead of walking to the spot whare the npc is, i reset my phone and reinstalled rs mobile then then that happened, I didn't have this issue before I was able to click thourgh players before on npc/Bank skilling spots etc, not sure what to do[
