Is it normal for the Ring of Whispers (from Sliske's Endgame) to keep leaving your bank for no apparent reason? Does it have charges or something? I find myself having to go to the Quest Storage Chest every so often to pick it back up. I'm not discarding it, it just seems to disappear from my bank every now and then. Has anyone else experienced this? maybe it's normal? This is the 3rd time it has happened and I am not sure whether it's a bug or not. Bob says:

Keep your computer keylogger-free and virus scanned.

Never give your password out to anyone.
