Can't get Empty Canopic Jar

I'm working my way through 'The Curse of Arrav' and need to put some berries into an Empty Canopic jar. However; Senliten is not giving me one. I have checked my bank to make sure there isn't one in there also.

Super old I know, However I ran into the same issue and noticed there was no resolution.

When I could not get the jar from Senliten, I had to go back to Ali the Wise and continue dialogue. I'm assuming I skipped a part after spamming through the cut scene, but after doing this I was given the jar.
