I've been asked to by Charos, follow him around placing The Measure under him, I've followed him to four different locations and read and clicked through every dialog he had with me. He told me to meet him back with Thok and Hannibus I go there he isn't there.
I go back to every location he was, he isn't there. I log out and back in, he's no where. I place The Measure back in each spot, nothing. the quest log thinks I need to find him and place The Measure , but I quite literally can't do anything to progress.
