Unable to start Nature spirit

Hello everyone

I recently wanted to complete the "Nature spirit" quest on my new account but I can't talk to Drezel.
He is located in the mausoleum right by the barrier on the Canifis side.
I can talk to him and the two chat options show up, I then click the second option "Talk about something else" and the chatbox just ends. This happens everytime... I've tried closing and reopening the client and tried it on mobile... same thing.
It seems to me, that either something is bugged with my account or Drezel is messed up currently.
I hope some of you may be able to help me or others that have encountered the same issue?

As this is an issue with game content, rather than an account issue (security, registered email, bans, ...) it has been moved to the RuneScape Guides and Help Forum for best results.

Try going through all the conversations in the first chat option and then try the second.

Thank you for moving the thread to appropriate place :)

I am sure that Drezel is located in the correct area but still no luck :(

I have tried the first option which ends up with him giving me another wolfbane dagger but after that the same thing happens.
I go to talk to him, get the 2 options -> chooses the 2nd option but then the dialogue window closes again
