One Foot in the Grave Bug?

About 1-2 months ago, I completed the miniquest One Foot in the Grave, among all other mini's and quests. Double checking my comp achievements last night, I noticed One Foot in the Grave was showing as an achievement not completed. Looking at my quest log, and runemetrics profile, One Foot in the Grave shows as in progress.

I have spent about an hour in the Jade vine Maze trying to get the hand, and other parts of clarence to complete this mini quest again; however, after at least 1 hour, the hand (or any other part) won't drop, and I haven't been able to get the package from RDT in East Ardy.

Any insights how I can get this recompleted? Am I just being too impatient for the body parts to drop? Has this self-reset happened to anyone else?

I am having the exact same issue. I have reported it yesterday (07/14) as a bug to Jagex. No response yet. I have spent at LEAST two hours at it. Probably more. They recently put in a update about this miniquest, and I think, depending upon how you finished the miniquest, the update changed it so it shows not completed. This has not happened to everyone. I have friends that have also finished the miniquest, and their status did not change. It still shows as being completed. Aren't we so very lucky?

Indeed we are. I am relieved to know I am at least not alone. I got up to around four hours in the maze with no body parts before I decided it was definitely bugged and there was nothing I could do. I was going crazy in there! Hopefully they look into it and get it fixed soon.

In my case, I just had to speak to Zavistic Rarve - wizard in Yanille, upstairs - and choose the "sandy problem" option, to attend a funeral... WHY? WHY JAGEX? An extra (pointless) hour of killing bugs in a maze, no hand, no hand in the chest...all that so you could show a crappy cutscene you added to a miniquest i'd already completed years ago.

Nope, not for me unfortunately. The wizard asks for evidence, i suggest a sword, he says no, i say i must have lost it or it's in my bank. And that's all i get for options. This really has me flummoxed because it's a completionist cape requirement do complete all the miniquests...WHICH I DID!!! Come on Jagex, fix this please.

LadyLiz!!!! I figured it out!!!! Try this:

Go to Brimhaven
Go to Sandy's office (tiny building just north of the bar)
Search Sandy's Desk to get the locked diary (did this during the quest the first time)
Unlock it
Read it
Go back to Yannile and ring the bell.
Talk to him about the sandy problem and just follow the dialogue.

I did not have the hand anymore, so before I start the quest, I went to the maze and received it very quickly. With the hand I went to Zavistic to start the quest and i have to find the other bodyparts in the maze.
I was in the maze for hours. No body parts.
As mentiond in an earlier reply, I searched Sandy's desk but found no diary, I talked to RPDT empoyees in Ard, noting happend.

What do I have to do to receive the bodyparts?

Make sure that you read the Wiki guide on the miniquest. In the future please type in your in-game chatbox

I've linked the frame where you collect the body parts. It states that you should have 6 empty inventory spaces or else you won't be able to obtain them.

What does your quest journal say?

Worst case scenario just repeat some of the previous steps to make sure you haven't skipped anything. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
