Cannot see progress bars

I have been fletching(95) and farming(117), and have not been able to see the progress bar pop up window or xp text. The tracker skill circles that show xp skill progress are not appearing for me while skilling either.

is it a keybind, or settings issue? any suggestions would be appreciated. i feel like ive tried it all. thanks

As this is an in-game issue, rather than an account issue, it has been moved to the RuneScape Guides and Help Forum for best results.




Settings > Gameplay > Information Windows > "XP pop-ups" &/or "Make-X progress window"

thanks for the move, didnt realize i poste in wrong place. your instructions solved my issue as well. not sure how i missed those in the settings, but i wont soon forget. thanks again!
