HELP Washing Bowl not Spawning

In the Nature Spirit quest the green washing bowl isn't appearing. Was able to get the mirror, but the bowl was not there to begin with. Checked my bank to no avail, hopped worlds, switched from pc to mobile, nothing I have tried has worked. Even tried talking to Drezel, but he just blessed me. Please someone tell me they have a solution for this.

Seeing as you don't actually use the bowl for anything during the quest apart from revealing the mirror so you can prove their dead, means it doesn't matter if you can or can't see it. It's not needed.
