Having an issue where I have the falador shield 4, but it wont allow me to wear it as its normal look in my wardrobe, It is asking me to complete the elite diary, although it has been completed. Need help with this bug. i have reported it before but nothings changed.

It sounds like you're trying to use the cosmetic override from the wardrobe. Is that correct?

If so, what happens if you try equipping the physical shield from your bank or inventory? Do you get the same error message?
