Hey everyone,

I'm feeling a little discouraged. Currently, I have two bugged quests that I cant complete and I have not heard back from Jagex after writing a few weeks ago.

I can't complete the Quest "Heart of Stone" because only 14/20 memories are appearing in my inventory when I talk with Jas.

In addition, I cannot start 'Azzandra's quest' because the NPC is not present in Burthorpe even though I have completed all the requirements.

Can someone please tell me what I can do to fix these? I'm not sure how to proceed. I really wanted this to be my summer of quests, but I'm hitting dead ends and cant proceed.

Congrats! Your RuneMetrics page shows that you have completed Heart of Stone.

It looks like you are unable to start Azzanadra's Quest, according to your RuneMetrics page, as you have not completed the prerequisites: You Are It, Desperate Times, Desperate Measures
