I was just wondering if I can create my account now for the fresh start worlds or do I have to wait until the 26th?

"You can feel free to set up your secondary account now if you’re planning to take part, but don’t log into the game until after launch, or you won’t be able to participate! We also recommend not activating your Membership until release day to avoid wasting any of your subscription time."
