I cant see people chatting over their heads in it goes into trade Channel when im not even at GE i search in search in found nothing I can only see my chat over my head?

Are you, by any chance, playing on one of the current mobile betas? If that is the case make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest available beta update for your device. Re-installing the application often does the trick as well. They have rolled out an update that should fix the issue you are describing. Ooh, shiny things!
