City of senntisten Npc issue

Hello, I am trying to start city of senntisten quest, have all requirements for it however the npc Ariane who should be at the entrance of the heart is not there, I have found Ariane in other spots from wiki but she doesn't give me the option to start the quest, could you please give me some guidance or help? Maybe i'm doing something wrong.
I tried the set active option from quest view but it leads me to where the npc should be, however she's just not there, I tried coming to her spot multiple times of day but she's nowhere to be found at the entrance of the heart.

After checking your Runemetrics profile, it appears that you have not completed the following prerequisite quests.

• Azzandadra's Quest
• The Vault of Shadows
• Desperate Creatures
• Desperate Measures
• Desperate Times

According to your profile, you are not eligible for Azzanadra's Quest, Desperate Creatures, Desperate Measures and Desperate Times quests. You are yet to start The Vault of Shadow quest. Once you have completed these, you should be able to start the City of Senntisten quest.

hi.
I have a similar problem. When calling the Gods in the council room burthorpe castle, I don't see the possibility to proceed with the quest. so I enter the second floor and the gods are not there.
Can you help me ?

Your situation appears to be similar to the thread's author. You have not completed all of the requirements to be able to start the City of Senntisten Quest.

Doing a lookup of your RuneMetrics through the wiki, you still have a few more quests to do:

I am having an issue when trying to go the 2nd floor of burthorpe castle to talk to Icthlarin, seren, and Zamorak I have no option to continue on with the quest it just walks me up to the 2nd floor. I have all quest requirements done any advice? just a little noob
