I have tried multiple times to find burnt page 19 in Zamorkian Undercity. I looked at all 22 positions identified in wiki but I still cant find 19.

Anything suggestions would be appreciated as this has been going on for months for me. Looking to get my Master Quest Cape back.

I'm having the same issue. Did you get it resolved? When I picked up the last page it said that 0 pages were remaining. I too have gone back to the journal spots and can't find any missing pages.
