I'm a f2p ironman at lvl 40 fletching and I was wondering if I should make willow shieldbows or make arrows to train my fletching

Hi, I think I would make arrows so that you have plenty of ammunition.
If you ever plan on turning P2P I would definitely make bows as they can net a lot of components through disassembly with Invention skill. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
