Help Needed: Disk of Returning

Hi all. Thanks in advance for the help.

I need the disk of returning to get to the life altar, but it isn't in my bank (I've completed Gower quest), and when I go to Gower Farm, there isn't a crate to get it from... does anybody have any idea how to get to the life altar or where I can get the disk of returning from?

I had to go to May's Quest Caravan to get it back. I did find it, though. Thanks for the help, Tren.
